My passion for preventative health began after completing my bachelor’s degree in 1999, but my yoga journey truly began in 2002 when I became a mom for the first time. During that season of life, yoga became a way for me to reconnect with myself—physically, mentally, and spiritually. What started as a personal practice slowly grew into a meaningful path of healing and self-discovery.

In 2013, I completed a 200-hour Hatha-based aligned Vinyasa Flow teacher training, followed shortly after by Yin Yoga teacher training. Since then, yoga has continued to deepen my life in ways I could never have expected. I approach the practice first as a curious and lifelong student, always learning and growing.

Teaching is truly a joy for me. I love creating a welcoming space where students can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. My hope is that you leave class feeling a little stronger, more heart-centered, and more connected to your own inner wisdom.

Yoga has taught me so many things about life. It taught me how to find my own strength, how to love the body I was blessed with, and how to overcome any situation gracefully with faith and love. This practice is a part of me and I find joy sharing it with others. I've always believed that there is more to life than what the eyes can see and in order to find that you have to connect deeply to your own breath. I hold a light hearted space for my students to fully feel their whole self.

My yoga practice started so many moons ago but truly came to intentional deeper healing in 2009. I was in the midst of marathon training (running away) and became injured. My doc shut me down. I was forced to slow down. In this space, I was forced to meet the quiet of my soul, my breath, and self-love. I began to awaken to the awareness of what I had become as well as accepting of and where I was transitioning too.

A beautiful part of the rebirth of my soul in this lifetime was in yoga teacher training which served as a deeply spiritual class and mentor. I traveled deeper inward and connected to the deeper art of the breath, the healing of the hands, and the gift of self-love that then becomes the beacon of love and light for all. This work flowed into my work as a pediatric oncology nurse, pediatric hospice nurse, and my work as an end-of-life/life doula. My experiences then Divinely flowed into the Intuitive Energetic healing work.

The yoga and meditation practice I offer flows with an intentional connection to our breath and inner Light within while I flow the energetic healing coming Divinely through to the yogi. To feel those energetic layers we have inhaled in this lifetime, to meet them with grace, and loving awareness, and guide our healing breath to those spaces as we slow flow through our yoga practice. Flowing from a space of breath, spirit, and less from ego space. To dance with our breath and spirit with love grace and Light from the deeply unique journey we are all upon. For we are all beauty, Light, and love. I incorporate the beauty of sound healing from the beautiful gong into the start and end of class. Sound from the gong awakens and connects to each individual uniquely.

I feel so Divinely gifted to flow with every being I am so graced to come upon. Love and Light ❤️

Ann enjoys creating a warm, inviting space for your practice, and has been teaching Yoga since 2010. She has a passion for movement which inspired her to pursue a professional ballet career followed by a career as a physical therapist. While these early endeavors contribute toward her teaching style, her curiosity about the body, mind, energy, and spirit connection inspires her continued growth. How are strength, flexibility, & balance in both our bodies and minds interrelated, and how are they affected by the breath? She knows from experience that a steady practice of Yoga, meditation, and the teachings can lead toward all sorts of changes: healing, peace, vitality, transformation, growth, and a fuller expression of yourself. More love. It helps sustain us through life’s ups and downs. Ann believes Yoga has helped her immensely in all her relationships, especially as a mother of three children (now young adults!) Her classes blend attention to alignment with intuitive flow. She incorporates yoga philosophy, poetry, and visualizations as tools to use both on and off the mat. She cherishes the connections she’s made with her students over the years. Ann completed her 200-hour teacher training with Mitchel Bleier at Inner Bliss Yoga Studio and completed another 200-hour training with Marni Task. Ann holds the intention to inspire you on your journey and looks forward to sharing this beautiful practice with you!

My journey as a practitioner lives at the intersection of structure and spirit. Grounded in my background as a Registered Nurse, I bring a deep understanding of the human body and its physical systems to my work as an emergent and intuitive energetic & vibrational practitioner.

I believe true well-being happens when we honor both the physiological nervous system and the subtle energetic body.

As an emergent practitioner, I let each vibrational session unfold naturally based on the immediate energetic needs present in the room.

Through the vibrational sounds, I use acoustic frequencies including crystal singing bowls, and other sounds to interact directly with your body’s vibrational field.

By combining intuitive energy sensing with restorative sound waves, I hold a grounded, compassionate space for your system to release stored tension, clear energetic blockages, and reset. The vibrations gently guide your brainwaves into deep, meditative states where physical, mental, and subtle healing occur naturally.

Whether you are seeking deep nervous system rest, energy field realignment, or a quiet space to tune back into yourself, my practice offers a bridge between grounded care and frequency-based healing-space where your body can quiet, your energy can soften, and healing happens naturally.
