Avon Lake Yoga and Spa LLC, doing business as Avon Lake Yoga ("ALY," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, book or attend classes, purchase services, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide to us, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, account and booking information, attendance history, purchases, communication preferences, and messages you send us. We may also receive information from service providers that support our scheduling, payments, website, email, and messaging systems.
How we use information
We use information to operate the studio, manage bookings and accounts, process purchases, provide customer service, send class and account information, follow up after visits, recommend relevant classes or services, maintain records, improve our services, and send marketing communications when you have given the required consent.
SMS and mobile information
If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, ALY may send service, booking, account, class follow-up, recommendation, and promotional messages consistent with your communication preferences. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile information to service providers solely as needed to deliver messages or operate ALY's communications, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.
Service providers
We may use service providers such as Mindbody, website hosting and analytics providers, payment processors, email providers, and SMS delivery providers. They may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for studio operations, legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and continuity of service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may update communication preferences through available account settings or by contacting us. For SMS, you may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
