Lanie McManus
Lanie is a passionate teacher of Yoga and a dedicated learner of all of the varied arts of healing. She is a 23 year student of the Center for Intentional Living in New York, a center that focuses on transformation and helping the self and others in living a fully intentional life. She completed her 500 RYT with Rolf Gates, and has spent countless hours studying under the wise tutelage of her teacher, Max Strom.
Lanie graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1999, and has since used her knowledge of the physical body to gain a reputation for healing and preventing injuries for NFL, MLB, and PGA professionals, as well as athletes from many college wrestling and soccer programs. Lanie has spent the last 20 years refining the way we look at, and work with, the human body. From the muscles, joints, and the nervous system, to the heart, mind, and the soul; she is fully dedicated to taking the spiritual practice of Yoga and exploring its psychological depths. Her latest passion is working with stroke patients, and people with acquired brain injuries. Lanie has a deep understanding of the human condition, and sees it as a deep privilege to be able to serve her students and clients through teaching the principles of yoga, and its transformational healing effects. As Emily Dickinson so wisely said, “If I can stop one heart from breaking- it will be a worthy journey."

Colleen Kane
Colleen, E-500 HR registered yoga teacher and Reiki Master, has been teaching since 2012. Finding yoga life-changing, she is eager to share this transformational practice with others. Colleen enjoys weaving yoga philosophy and pranayama into her all-levels asana classes; as well as incorporating meditation and restorative poses.
She is a big fan of introducing students to the many aspects of yoga, thinking of it as a quilt of sorts. Seeing yoga as a life-long avocation, she continues to study the topics that “light her up” with teachers both famous and unknown.
In addition to being a yoga teacher, Colleen is also the HR Manager at Bella Capelli, a part-time bookkeeper for her husband Kevin’s podiatry practice, and a vocalist. Colleen and Kevin have 3 talented daughters in their 20’s. While yoga is a love in her life, she also adores cooking, great wine, and travel.

Lynelle Kristine
My yoga practice started so many moons ago but truly came to intentional deeper healing in 2009. I was in the midst of marathon training (running away) and became injured. My doc shut me down. I was forced to slow down. In this space, I was forced to meet the quiet of my soul, my breath, and self-love. I began to awaken to the awareness of what I had become as well as accepting of and where I was transitioning too.
A beautiful part of the rebirth of my soul in this lifetime was in yoga teacher training which served as a deeply spiritual class and mentor. I traveled deeper inward and connected to the deeper art of the breath, the healing of the hands, and the gift of self-love that then becomes the beacon of love and light for all. This work flowed into my work as a pediatric oncology nurse, pediatric hospice nurse, and my work as an end-of-life/life doula. My experiences then Divinely flowed into the Intuitive Energetic healing work.
The yoga and meditation practice I offer flows with an intentional connection to our breath and inner Light within while I flow the energetic healing coming Divinely through to the yogi. To feel those energetic layers we have inhaled in this lifetime, to meet them with grace, and loving awareness, and guide our healing breath to those spaces as we slow flow through our yoga practice. Flowing from a space of breath, spirit, and less from ego space. To dance with our breath and spirit with love grace and Light from the deeply unique journey we are all upon. For we are all beauty, Light, and love. I incorporate the beauty of sound healing from the beautiful gong into the start and end of class. Sound from the gong awakens and connects to each individual uniquely.
I feel so Divinely gifted to flow with every being I am so graced to come upon. Love and Light ❤️

Patti Paulett
Patti discovered yoga many years ago. Yoga has been a healing path in her life and through lots of classes with caring, amazing teachers, felt led to guide others to experience healing and the best way to do that was to become a teacher. Her passion is for Yin yoga where mind-body-spirit can flourish in stillness and guide us to find the light within ourselves. Connecting with the yoga community and wonderful teachers inspires her to serve and grow as a lifelong learner.

Ann Lew
Ann enjoys creating a warm, inviting space for your practice, and has been teaching Yoga since 2010. She has a passion for movement which inspired her to pursue a professional ballet career followed by a career as a physical therapist. While these early endeavors contribute toward her teaching style, her curiosity about the body, mind, energy, and spirit connection inspires her continued growth. How are strength, flexibility, & balance in both our bodies and minds interrelated, and how are they affected by the breath? She knows from experience that a steady practice of Yoga, meditation, and the teachings can lead toward all sorts of changes: healing, peace, vitality, transformation, growth, and a fuller expression of yourself. More love. It helps sustain us through life’s ups and downs. Ann believes Yoga has helped her immensely in all her relationships, especially as a mother of three children (now young adults!) Her classes blend attention to alignment with intuitive flow. She incorporates yoga philosophy, poetry, and visualizations as tools to use both on and off the mat. She cherishes the connections she’s made with her students over the years. Ann completed her 200-hour teacher training with Mitchel Bleier at Inner Bliss Yoga Studio and completed another 200-hour training with Marni Task. Ann holds the intention to inspire you on your journey and looks forward to sharing this beautiful practice with you!

Holly Adams
Yoga has taught me so many things about life. It taught me how to find my own strength, how to love the body I was blessed with, and how to overcome any situation gracefully with faith and love. This practice is a part of me and I find joy sharing it with others. I've always believed that there is more to life than what the eyes can see and in order to find that you have to connect deeply to your own breath. I hold a light hearted space for my students to fully feel their whole self.
